Career Opportunity - Architectural Technician

We are seeking a technician with experience or would consider recently qualified, with an interest in work on historic buildings and bespoke private houses.

Applicants should be proficient in 2D CAD programmes, ideally Vectorworks. An ability to work in 3D would be advantageous (ie; SketchUp, Vectorworks) for concept modelling. Applicants should have knowledge of planning and building regulations and be effective at working drawing packages and work schedules. The successful candidate will be a self motivated, imaginative and able to work to deadlines.

Own car required. The position will be based at our Barnstaple office.
