Bath 2015 - Project Update

This Grade I listed property in the world heritage site of Bath is part of a crescent which formed part of Bath University for 50 years. The entire crescent had been used as student accommodation, library, IT suites, kitchens, classrooms etc.
Our client purchased one of the houses in 2013, and extensive works have been carried out over the past two years to reinstate the 6,000 sq. ft. property to a grand town house and single family dwelling, restoring the historic plan layout and repairing and reinstating historic features. The main family living areas are now nearing completion.
