The conversion of a stable and carriage house courtyard to five houses for a local Property Developer.

The development is situated within the curtilage of a Grade II* listed country house and within a Conservation Area. The disused and decayed buildings were converted to five new, rural houses, each with their own gardens and parking. The original fabric has been carefully repaired and the building style has been retained with modern interiors with exciting space and detailing complimenting the existing character.
